About Me

My name is Harry Gill and I have been a realtor for almost a decade. I started off not doing this full time but I have converted over recently, as I have always had a keen interest in the real estate world.

I originally started off with an education in Finance at Simon Fraser University, which lead me to an Appraiser role at BC Assessment. There I was tasked with evaluating properties and ensuring values were consistent through the neighborhoods for taxation purposes. I had to make site visits and inspect homes, so that I could defend the values in front of the boards in case there were disputes, so I have dealt with all types of properties in both the commercial and residential space.

After my time at BC Assessment, I worked in high end sales for both marketing and business support companies for 10 years, while also getting my real estate license and beginning my work buying and selling homes.

In the high end sales world, I worked with multiple multi-million dollar companies and had to meet with the C-Suite quite frequently to negotiate deals. This has given me an edge in negotiations as I have had to deal with large corporations and have had negotiations go on with multiple weeks for large value deals.

All of my experience translates well into being a realtor and I have now focused 100% of my energy in to helping clients with their real estate needs and I would love to help you in this ever changing market!
